The service advisor, Jesús Mangue, was very professional throughout the entire process. I went to the dealership for an oil change, a recall service, and to replace a rear strut covered under warranty. Jesús kept me informed at all times with updates about my truck. In short, Jesús did an excellent job from the moment I arrived at the dealership.

I took my truck to get some maintenance done and they asked me for a deposit, they charge my card and days past by and when I called to check if my truck was almost ready, they said they were working on. I let pass by couple more days and I needed my truck for a job, I decided to stop by and get some tools from my truck, and they told me it was already inside been worked but when I when around I found my truck, and nothing was done to it. I waste my time, and they lie to me. They did refund my $1000plus dollars but my initial deposit of $400 has not been returned, I talked to my bank, and they said Dodge agree to refund me my money directly but months later, I haven't got anything back from them. I need my money back before I take any legal action. Don't trust these people.

The worse experience. Salvador Sosa is the worse service advisor 0 customer service does not care that your vehicle sits there for hours and has the audacity to catch an attitude with you. The service here is terrible do not com here. They do not care about you or your vehicle take your business elsewhere.
