We bought a jeep grand Cherokee limited. We dealt with Hector - he went out of his way to locate exactly what we wanted. This is our 3rd vehicle that have bought from him. The customer service we received is why we buy from them. Highly recommend this place.

After years of taking my vehicles for service to EAG I
After years of taking my vehicles for service to EAG I had mostly good experiences. I have two Jeep Grand Cherokees and a Dodge pu. Yesterday I had a bad experience. I took my vehicle in to have a problem checked out. They held my vehicle over a week. After a phone call they texted me a quote, $800 more than originally quoted. I took it to another dealership and they quoted the original amount. They did not treat me like a valued customer of many years. I am truly disappointed.
