My disabled sister was treated horribly at this dealership. She was injured at work (WalMart), which was a horrific experience within itself. Took her several years, with a crappy attorney, to get what little bit of a crappy settlement she got. She lost everything when she got injured. So when she got her xx settlement, she only had so much money she could spend on a car. This car was going to need to be dependable and last her awhile. THEY KNEW this when she bought this car. There was a 60 day buy back, CUSTOMER SATISFACTION, guarantee warranty on the car. She immediately started having issues with the car and it stayed in THEIR shop for multiple weeks. She FINALLY gets the car out of THEIR shop. So moving forward into the end of the 2nd month of driving the car, she starts having overheating issues with it to the point she was scared to drive it. So she made the decision to go ahead and take the car back and get a different one. They would not honor the guarantee because of a dating issue with the paperwork (another long story), because she was “2” days beyond the 60 days. She hardly got to drive the car in those 60 days because of mechanical issues. They would not repair the car either. Remember, the car stayed in the shop for multiple weeks the first month she had it. It started overheating the 2nd month she had it. She hardly got to drive the xxx in the 60 day warranty window. I tried to get an attorney to help her, and none of them would even touch the case. The final slap in the face was after me and the manager got into a screaming match in front of the store, that jerk of a manager had enough nerve to tell me to “Have a blessed day” and turned around and walked off!!!! I had to pay over $600 to get her car fixed for her. I will NEVER buy a car from them. The paperwork issue!!! She was going by the date on her paperwork when she legally, on paper, purchased the car. So according to the date she signed the paperwork, she within her 60 days. But, because she drove the car off of the lot a couple of days earlier, prior to signing and dating the paperwork, they put her beyond the 60 day window. 2 days!!!!

Do not do business with Doggett in Beaumont Texas. My 21 year old son bought a used Dodge Ram Nov. 12.2025. 4 days ago the check engine light came on. My son brought it to 2 auto shops who stated: both sides broken exhaust bolts, evap. system leaking, and broken bushing on passenger side. Both shops stated this was known when they sold you vehicle. My husband goes to dealership today to talk to General Manager but was told he was out for the day. So my husband speaks to sales manager and was told they could not help when you drove it off lot it is yours. In the same room just two desk down sat a man. They kept eyeing each other. My husband said so you are not going to make this right it has only been 22 days. He said no and my husband said and your general manager is not here. Silence was in the room!!! Moments later the guy at the next desk says I am the general manager Tony Storie. My husband said really thought you were out the rest of the day. Needless to say GM Tony Storie said nothing we can do it on you. So this here already shows you that they are liars. They sale lemons to people. Will not do right on things that they should be held liable for. My kid works 2 jobs, goes to school full time and now has to pay out of pocket lots of money to fix a issue that is not his fault. 22 days after buying a care. BBB also rates Doggett as a F!!!!! Doggett is the prime reason salesmen get a dirty name!!!!!! I have written several reviews and comments are all coming back with negative experience with Doggett. Please do not do business with this company.

Please allow me to assist in addressing this matter further and securing your refund as quickly as possible. - Tony Storie - General Manager - tony.storie@doggettauto.com” I sent him an email with all info he needs to refund my card, Here is his response on email , “ I am not going to refund you. It was not covered under the manufacturer's warranty. If Donaldson fixed the same issue that you had when you brought it to our store, the part was faulty, and they had it replaced under parts warranty. You can contact Stellantis and ask for a refund, but your issue is not with me; it is with the manufacturer. Thanks, Tony Storie General Manager | Doggett CDJR” He did not hold to his word on review , he did not read the review Donaldson did not replace the same part they found what caused the part (fuss array) that Tony replace and charged me for which should have been covered under warranty ( Stellantis states If part goes out that is not covered under warranty but was cause by another part that is covered under warranty then the part is covered) I will be sending all correspondence from Doggett to Dodge in Auburn Hills, Mi and Stellantis so they will know how this dealer Doggett treats customers. A Dealer you buy new truck from when something breaks they want to tell you it is between you and the Stellantis. Should have bought from Stellantis instead from this bad Dealer
