Leaky oil changes.
Leaky oil changes. They broke parts on my car. Multiple visits where they say they have the parts and then they don't. Months of horrible communication and unwillingness to make things right. Worst service I've ever gotten from a dealership and that's saying a lot. If things go wrong expect them to make it an even bigger nightmare by how poorly they handle it.
