The sales management and direct sales staff were great to work with. Communication was good throughout the process especially before the car delivery. On the delivery day TC was very professional and caring for our needs in getting the car ready for the delivery. He was 110% thorough in assisting us to get the car ready to drive out of the dealership. The preparation of the car was great, but the detail staff neglected to clean the inside of the windshield so driving it home into the sun was difficult. Other than that, we would recommend anyone to the Hoover dealership- to acquire a ne/used vehicle.
