HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Drove an hour to look at an RX 350. Met by Quinten, who was brand new. Nice guy, but knew nothing about cars or the buying process. Quinten, the sales guy, said we had to wait for Quintin his manager. Although there was NOBODY else in the dealership, we had to wait an excessive amount of time for Quintin to get up and walk the 25 feet to the sales desk. He seemed really uninterested. No greeting. No handshake. No smile. Dismissive and condescending. Just rude. The price of the car was much higher than other similar cars and we asked if they could work with us on the price. After waiting an inordinate amount of time, he said he could go down maybe a couple hundred at best. Communication was horrible and caught them in numerous lies. Said they would call back but didn't. Said we had a deal, then would back out. This dealership also has hidden JUNK FEES (e.g. Detail, Destination, Proc/Doc Fees) they don't tell you about that add almost an additional $2k to every car they sell. If you know what's best for you AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS!

I think we all can agree, no one likes to spend hours at a dealership. The sales staff had me out the door within 45 minutes. Much thanks to Quentin and Abby for working together to get on my way in a new Ram 1500. Most of all the management team GM Clayton and Steven for being so patient with me. When the competitors couldn’t make it happen, y’all did, Thank you all!!!!
