Horrible experience just getting my oil changed.
Horrible experience just getting my oil changed. They didn't bother to put the oil cap back on. The oil exploded under the hood on my drive home! That's after they tried to sell me tires. Yeah I don't think that's happening. Think twice before going there.

Don Baker puts the professional in Sales Professional. He is very responsive, works hard to arrive at a best can do number and is willing to go the extra mile. Unique review here ... I would have gladly purchased a Outback Wilderness from Don, however my wife (this is to be her car) found one she liked at another dealer... however, when I have a great experience with a professional sales person and dealer ... they deserve a positive review for how they handled the experience and how they accepted my cancelling of an appointment to test drive. Thank you Don and Shults of Warren for maintaining high standards for a customer you just met. I will recommend you !
