Great dealership to work with on purchasing a vehicle. They were helpful and took their time explaining everything. Both salesman and financial office employee were easy to work with and very efficient.

I bought a car here a little over a year ago. I was dumb enough to purchase a warranty with it in which they told me would only be covered at their service department. My car had numerous occasions where it wouldn’t start; I took it to them FOUR times for the same problem. The first time they told me it was the battery; to which I said I don’t believe that is the case because all the lights and radio comes on, it just won’t start. They insisted it was the battery. So I paid $170 for a new battery. It happened again. I took it back two more time and to which they said nothing is wrong with it. Cars don’t just not start for no reason!! Took it back a fourth time and they replaced the battery in my key fob! A $4 batter cost me $50!! My car is not a push start. Explain to me how the battery in my key fob prevents my engine from starting?! I took it to CPR and they diagnosed and fixed it immediately. I will NEVER buy another car from here NOR will I EVER return to their service department. They took advantage of me because I was a young woman on my own. They (service dept) know nothing about cars or customer service.

Mark, the Sales Manager is one of the best. He is very courteous and knowledgeable about all the vehicles they sell there. After much research I found this CDJR offered the best price compared to the other CDJR dealerships in the central PA area.
