My experience was a good one everyone was kind and helpful and accommodating My Salesman Mike Bauer was also helpful and kind and accommodating not sure what else I can write

I purchased a truck and have had nothing but issues since. On the way home it lost oil pressure, that should've been my sign to turn around and take it back. I spent over $1,400 on parts for the front end before I could get it inspected in NY. I bring it in for inspection and they tell me they can't inspect it because the frame is rotted and broken. As far as my appointment when I got the truck, that was horrible. The visit was made on a holiday weekend so they were short staffed. However, I had been in contact with them multiple times throughout the week and made it known I was planning to be down to pick up the truck on Friday or Saturday. I had an appointment scheduled for Friday afternoon, nobody had any of the paperwork ready and the truck wasn't ready. What should've been, at most, an hour long appointment was well over 3. Update: I reached out to the dealership and spoke to numerous managers. They are sending me a check to help pay a little toward the work on the frame. Everyone I've dealt with, from first contact, have been cordial and professional. Just seems there could be some work done in their different processes and procedures to help things run a bit smoother in their business.

Great car buying experience and Rick was awesome! Found the new vehicle that I was looking for. Will definitely see Rick again for my next vehicle.
