Where do I start?
I called in advance to make an appointment to see a vehicle that I was VERY interested in. Got there and had to stand around waiting to be seen. Ended up not even meeting with the person I had been speaking with over the phone.
Then I was informed that the vehicle couldn't be sold at this time because they are repairing a recall - but they could sell as soon as the repair was done. They never mentioned this on the phone.
The salesman that helped me seemed disinterested in helping me and unorganized. And even after I presented him with all of the paperwork I had, he took the liberty to search my glovebox and pull out the window sticker from when I purchased my current vehicle. They appraised my trade for 6k less than the true trade value (I've already gotten better quotes from other dealers).
When I spoke with the sales manager he stated that the vehicle could be bought brand new for 3k more than their trade quote... Which is an absolute lie.
They even have the same make/model on their lot with more miles and older year priced 5k higher than my trade offer.
Top it all off, they went through all of this without even showing me the vehicle I was there to see.

Wanted to trade in leased vehicle for new Jeep. Monthly price was outrageous but worst was when manager test drove our trade in he left seat heater and heater on high (in 70degree day), radio changed to a foreign station and sun visor was left down. This lost the deal and manager should have put things back the way initially found. Also had arrogant attitude.
