We have a van that has always been taken care of on normal scheduled visits to BZ in Lewisburg. We live closer to Fairfield so started taking the car there for service. I'm posting reviews for everyone so they don't get ripped off. I will also be filing with the better business bureau and contacting Doge direct. Our van is driven from Danville to Bloom once a day and during the school year and not much during the summer. Here's a breakdown. We had explained that we don't want to dump a bunch of money into the vehicle, but every time we get it fixed, it's a new problem. I feel like they're ripping people off or they don't know what they're doing.
03/28/18. Check engine light. Replaced a bunch of spark plugs, 4 injectors and coil, heater hose assembly. Total cost $1,060.45
04/09/18. Check engine light back on. Charge to hook up to system $39.95. Stated that this is totally separate from previous repair a week prior.
04/17/18. Fuel pump seal and housing leaking. Van needed a new fuel tank assembly. Total cost $1609.85
12/03/18. Check engine light on again, van makes a loud noise over 30mph sometimes. Couldn't get us in for awhile, so we left the van there for 2 weeks until they could look at it on 12/18/18. They stated they couldn't find anything wrong.
07/25/19 Check engine light. Couldn't get us in for awhile, so we left the van there while going on vacation. They said the noise from a previous check in December was due to the tires, although the noise went away after they did something to the transmission this repair. They stated the engine light was from the transmission and it needed replacement of trans filter flushing cooler and solenoid range sensor. Total cost $1346.20
08/17/19 Picked the vehicle up from the July repair and the next day 08/18/19, check engine light is back on.
09/19/19. Brought the van back in. They worked on it for 15 minutes and charged us almost $40, even after telling the manager we shouldn't have to pay the $40 and they said it's a separate issue. Now this time they want $2940 for a catalytic converter.

We got a notice in the mail that we won a 50 inch tv and to come down and get it. We set up our appointment and only walked out of there with a cheap smart watch. The staff was not very friendly.
