Bought a 2016 2500 Ram in September. The longer we have it the more disappointed we are. Had to have it serviced twice since getting it. Was told only has a few spots of surface rust in the wheel wells. Our fault for taking their word for it. Underside is rusted you would have thought it was older than the 2012 that we traded in. We were told they put new tires on, service dept verified they did not, had to put tires on it already. Learned our lesson. Will not be going back if at all possible.

Bought new keep renegade from dealership and process was perfect. Connie Bowles was very easy to deal with and treats you as a friend. I had a problem with my radio not working and took it in for repair. They thought the problem was fixed but it returned after three weeks. I went south for the winter and when I returned I took it back for service. I was told vehicle needed new radio and they would order it. After waiting two months and no communication from dealer , I went in to see if radio was ordered. I was told jeep had a new testing process to ascertain if the radio needed replacing and I would need to bring the car back in . Mind you, no communication for two months. Took car in and was told the vehicle needed two speakers and connectors. I had left the jeep the night before so they could do the testing on the analyzer the next day. The problem was discovered but no one called me that day to get my vehicle. The next day,(day 3), I called the service department. No one answered but I left a message. After waiting an hour and a half, I called again and was told my car was done and they were not trying to keep it from me. Frank Spivorie in parts was fantastic in getting the parts in short order. My wife was out of town so I told them I could drop jeep off but had no ride back home. I asked for use of a loaner car but none available. I asked for ride back home but they couldn't do that. Asked for use of a used car with dealer plates but was told it is illegal (which it is not). I then told service to call me with an appointment when they knew a loaner car would be available. After two weeks and no communication, I made a trip to the dealership and spoke with owner David Knapp.I can say I was treated with the utmost respect and Mr Knapp addressed my concerns immediately. I was given a loaner car and my radio was fixed in short order. My next dealing was a recent appointment for a vehicle inspection. I dropped the car off the day before the appointment which was at 10:00 AM the next day. I was my home until 4:00 PM waiting for a call to say my car was done. I certainly would have expected my jeep to be inspected by 4:00 especially since it needed nothing.I had arranged for my brother to take me to pick the car up but he said he had other plans after 4:00 . At 4:45 PM I received a message saying the car was done and the service department was closing at 5:00 PM. The message continued saying the financial office would be open until 6:00 PM where I could pay the bill. The next day I had an appointment in the morning but returned at 10:30.
I actually expected someone from the dealership to have called to ascertain if I had received their message since the car was still there but no one called. I wondered if they would ever have called me. Needless to say, I picked my vehicle up and advised the owner his service department has a problem and that I would not be returning in the future. I am not upset with the dealership or the employees but I do expect a different level of service when I purchase a vehicle. The service department at Cory Dodge Jeep does not meet my expectations or definition of what a service department should be. It makes little sense for me to purchase a vehicle at a dealership and the take it somewhere else for service.

Yesterday I leased a new RAM Bighorn from David Corry Chrysler. They are fantastic to deal with. I hate truck shopping normally but they made it easy. I highly recommend them for all your vehicle needs. I've also had work done there and was impressed with their service department. Big thanks to Mike, Dan and David.
