2011 GMC Terrain
We bought a 2011 GMC Terrain in January,2011. Started drinking oil. Had to have a ring and piston job. Over $2600. Dealer would not help with any amount of repair cost. Made 3 payments, less than 2700 miles. Even though the small warranty expired, and we have bought the last 4 vehicles from them, they had no compassion at all. I realize that are not in business to lose money, but very financially devastating for us. You are only a number .

Unhappy Customer
We recently purchased a 2019 Pacifica on March 14. We have heard nothing from the dealership since that time, except for a paper we received in the mail with no explanation other then we assumed it was missed at the time of signing no envelope to return it or anything. I have tried to contact are salesmen who assured us he answered his cellphone ALL the time and he has yet to respond to my messages. The entire experience would make me hesitate to return there.
