Never written a 1 star review in my life. AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS. Bought a used truck from them, the day after I bought it and started it up, the car was DUMPING white smoke. Called them and asked if they would look at it thinking it was a blown head gasket- something that was not disclosed to me as they said it ran great with no problems. Brought it back to them and had to wait over a month for them to tell me they replaced the spark plugs and couldn’t repeat the white smoke issue. They said there was no blown head gasket and the car ran perfect. Made me sign a piece of paper saying I wouldn’t bring it back to them since they fixed the issue. Drove over an hour to pick it back up and the second I turn it on the next morning- huge outpour of white smoke. Called them again and they told me there’s no way it could be doing that as they looked over everything and were sure it was not a blown head gasket. They told me the vehicle was in "perfect mechanical condition". Within the next 6 drives there was catastrophic engine failure while I was on the highway. Had to tow the car to a mechanic that told me the engine failure was caused by a blown head gasket and was sure the vehicle had significant mechanical issues before I had purchased it. I called the sales managers who were absolutely useless, argued with me and transferred me around to random departments so he could take a 3 hour lunch. He would not return my calls. I am now having to take them to small claims court to get my money back. I was previously a loyal power customer, this truck being the 3rd vehicle I had purchased from the group. I would never recommend spending a dollar at a power dealership. Even cooperate is yet to return my calls. You will get taken advantage of and ignored, spend your money anywhere else.

Inquired about a Ranger Raptor, Got a response from Ayden the next morning via Email. Responded to his email 2 times and called his cell number once with no response. Apparently, he must sell so many cars that 1 more was too much for him to handle. Bought the same vehicle from a dealer that actually called me back.
