Pierre Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Hermiston

Purchased a brand new Ram 2500 with heated and leather seats added. I was told on three different occasions when it would be ready for pick-up, and none of the times it was. Contact also nearly completely diminished to the point I had to call the dealership rather than the person I had been in contact with on a cell phone. Super strange how the customer service completely tanked after they got their money... Absolutely will not be recommending them to anyone ever.

Took my dodge 3500 in there shop about 6 weeks.ago.with a knock in the engine, after 3 weeks i found out number 6 piston had a nut on top of the piston. Dodge finally agreed to replace the motor . Its been about 6 weeks and i still dont have my pi kup back. The service department cant tell me when i will get it back or any thing for sure. This happened on another dodge pickup in Montana it onlt took that dodge dealer one week to put in a new engine. Why does it take pierre 6 weeks?. Bad service from Dodge and the dealer.

Terrible service! Do NOT believe the 5 star reviews, they were written at the dealership while waiting to get the keys! I know because this is what happened to us. After patiently waiting for10 months, I am writing a TRUE review! We drove 3.5 hours to purchase a PHEV Jeep Grand Cherokee on December 30, 2023. The purchase seemed to go well, although even though they knew we were coming they did not bother to charge the car. For the inconvenience we were promised that they would send us some hats. We have never received any hats. We financed part of the vehicle because that was part of the 'deal'. After having to redo the financing TWICE due to their mistakes, we said we would just pay the car off. That was in January. It is now October 2024 and we have NOT received the title!!! We have made numerous phone calls, and the only return calls we receive are " oh you want to purchase a Jeep?" NO! I already purchased one, my message was about NOT having the title yet! I received several of these calls! Still no title or the promised hats for the trouble. This is by far the WORST dealership I have ever delt with! RUN THE OTHER WAY! Do not fall for any of their false promises.
