Kraig has done a great job in handling issues that were caused by the dealership and not noticing a oil gasket that wasn't replaced during a routine oil change. I would recommend Kraig to assist with any quality work at Jim Glover. I wouldn't recommend their sales people to give you honest and good trade value or their financial office.
