Kufleitner Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

I have literally nothing really good to say about the service department. I'm so flippin ticked. I took my truck in for a leak at the back window and third light. After waiting a month to get in. Was told (after repairs) that the problem should be fixed. Our leak guy found the problem and fixed it. Guess what!!!! He didn't. In fact he made it worse. Or should I say the service technician who made the actual repairs. Now as of today 1/18/25 my entire roof and backseat is drenched. Worse than before. My truck is a 2020 ram 1500. That keeps flooding and nobody is doing any real repairs. They do not offer rental cars, they can take you to enterprise to spend even more money. As if this isn't already inconvenient enough. I wish I could give 0 Stars! I have a 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee Hybrid Electric that has stranded me in 3 different states in the past 3 1/2 months. Tuesday, 1-7-25 it stranded me in Youngstown / Boardman, OH. I live in Pittsburgh, PA. The closest dealership was Kufleitner. I called Stellantis Road Side assistance and they towed my vehicle to this dealership. The first service advisor I spoke to, A.J. was great. He was empathetic and you could tell he cared about me being broken down out of state. I had to rent a car to get home to Pittsburgh. I received a call from a different service advisor yesterday. His name was Tim. When I checked in yesterday evening for the progress he proceeded to tell me I would be lucky for them to even look at my vehicle before next week. He didn't care that I was out of state. Today I received a call from the manager of the service department, Jeff Medure. He told me I'd be lucky if they even looked at my vehicle by the end of next week or the following week. He said, "We take of our customers first." When I explained my vehicle is at your service department that makes me your customer. He proceeded to say, "No, our customers are the people who purchased their vehicle from our location." He didn't care that I'm out of state and showed no care or concern for my situation. He hung up on me. Then he called back to say, "The owner said get your vehicle off our lot today and xxxx off Dan!" Then he hung up on me again. I have already called Jeep Wave to report the complaint. I'm awaiting a manager calling me back to resolve this matter. I would never purchase a vehicle from this dealership and certainly would never let them touch my vehicle now. They could've earned a future customer by providing good customer service. Instead they showed they have terrible customer service and they don't care if your brand new Jeep breaks down near their dealership. They won't take care of you.

Trevor is the greatest sales person I have ever worked with! Trustworthy and easy to talk to. He helped me and my mother get into vehicles affordably with no pressure. I really respected that and was fresh air coming to this dealership. I will return and send anyone I know
