Was scheduled for an oil change , tire rotation and the
Was scheduled for an oil change , tire rotation and the recall . Parts for the recall were never ordered so now I have to take off another day of work. I would be less disappointed if I would have been made aware prior or given the opportunity for more support . The team was unaware of when the parts will be in and made it seem like it was inconvenient for them to help assist when the parts do come in . I was also unimpressed with the time spent for the oil change . I was the second person there at 830 am and did not get out until almost 10 am being the last person to leave . Not sure if it?s because I was under the complimentary service and not paying . The waiting room chairs were also dirty . Completely different experience and staff when I first purchased the car not even two years ago . Super unhappy with today?s experience.
