The service was great.
The service was great. Ryan was courteous and professional and at no time did I feel pressured. He was extremely knowledgeable and made the purchasing of the vehicle a pleasant experience. This is the 3rd vehicle I have purchased from this dealership with no regrets. Ryan has followed up after my purchase and has been able to answer any questions I had. I highly recommend anyone in looking for a new or used vehicle to contact Ryan, he will take great care of you.

Do not believe their advertised prices!
Do not believe their advertised prices! I agreed on a price with sales rep for a new Jeep grand Cherokee. I looked at their webpage to make sure the car had all of the features I wanted in a new car, and it had a price listed as an, “Internet special,” that was lower than the price they had given me. I took a screenshot of the ad, showing the MSRP, -$$20,000, and a new, “discount price.“ I told the salesman I would like to buy it for that price, plus tax and title. We talked this morning on the phone, and he started telling me something about a lease, and I told him that I didn’t want to lease the car, but I wanted to buy it for the price that they advertised on the Internet. His sales manager called me, and told me that that only applied to a lease. I told him I didn’t see that anywhere on the webpage, and that I thought they should honor that price. He told me they would not. I went into the dealership, met with the owner’s son-in-law, the general manager, and he told me how they worked really hard to be transparent in their pricing . I asked him how that could possibly be the case, when their price on the Internet was not a price that they would honor for a sale, but only for a lease. The sales manager scrolled way to the bottom of the page that I had pulled up on my phone, hit a button, titled “more,” and then told me in the last line of some small print that only appeared after he did that, it mentions that it has to be a lease, for that price. I talked with salesman at a couple other local Jeep dealerships, and they said they get that complaint daily from people who have tried to buy from Cronin. I have screenshots of the car, with pricing, from their webpage.
