Gabby is a very helpful and informative person. She took very good care of setting up my service for my jeep. The mechanics at Ganley jeep did outstanding work and accommodated me.

I had a terrible experience.
I had a terrible experience. I brought my car in for a specific issue and they looked at my car and told me what the issue was for the reason I brought it. They worked on what they said was wrong but soon as I pulled out of the parking lot my car started doing the exact same thing that it was doing when I dropped it off for. I took my car back and they doing out what the actual problem was at tried to make me pay another 800 dollars for them to fix it. I shouldn?t have had to pay again for their mistake. I called to speak to the manager and he told me he would call em back with an attitude and never did. So I just never went back. I went and got my car fixed somewhere else for 160 and it?s driving perfect. I will NEVER go back there.
