Took our daughter’s Jeep there for a warranty repair. It was there for about 6 weeks! Couldn’t get anyone to answer calls most of the time, no response to messages, no updates as to why it was taking so long. When we went to pick it up we knew we had to pay the deductible, then we had to pay a diagnostic fee which my husband was told would be removed and it wasn’t. The price we were told we had to pay was a lot higher than anticipated! I questioned where that amount came from and that I needed to see it listed, the Mgr. knocked off some of the amount! We felt they weren’t being honest with us! We will not work with this dealership ever again!

Dealership did not own up to the printed material their coupons are printed on. Dealership charged more than advertised. I don't see how business can operate with such dishonesty. I know they do it on a regular basis because this is not the first time they chose to overcharge their customers. Marcus helped me through the process. He called me for an upgrade that was not needed. He then failed to tell me my vehicle was ready and I had to wait an additional 2+ hours to receive my vehicle back. When attempting to call the dealership, I cannot receive anyone on the other end to answer the phone. This dealership gets zero stars and a grade F

Decent dealership but they add $2,300 in dealer fees to their deals. They publicly disclose the $799 administrative fee but the other $1,500 is on the back end.
