I called two consecutive days to inquire about the vehicle that I was interested in. On each occasion I was told that the vehicle was out for a test drive and if the interested party didn't buy it, they would call me. I never received a return call and still don't know the status of the vehicle.

Inaccurate & Dishonest Service
Inaccurate and dishonest service department. Vehicle drove into their dealership perfectly and left rattling and shaking. After circling the parking lot, their tech said it was the AC compressor clutch, and the timing was coincidental. After a $1,200 repair to the AC clutch, issue is still present. Rediagnosed by dealership as broken fly wheel that they will be happy to repair for another $1,200! We own all Chrysler vehicles and bought one of them at this dealership. Dishonest. Avoid at all costs.
