I bought a used 2021 Jeep Wrangler Sahara from Empire. I had been searching for a specific Jeep for months, with certain options and this dealership had the one. My sales rep, Steven Pollina was excellent. We ran into a hitch near the end of the deal that Steven, at his position could not resolve. The used car manager was brought in and wasn't willing to negotiate a solution and pretty much let me walk away from the deal. As I was getting back into my car to make the 3.5 hour trip back home, without my new to me vehicle, a voice larger than life called out my name. I turned to see Giuseppe approaching me. I deal with a lot of people in my life, and I can tell an authentic person from the ones you just don't want to deal with. Giuseppe came right up and we just started talking about life and our dogs. I knew right away this guy was someone that gets things done and with him up to bat for me, there was no way I was leaving without my car. We chatted about the issues, worked out a solution and he went to the powers to be and got things straightened out. If it wasn't for him, I'd have left without the car I came to buy. Super nice guy, larger than life personality and a straight shooter. I would do business again with this dealership just because of Steven my sales rep and Giuseppe, the closer!!! LOL. Two awesome people. Thanks again guys!!!!! Five stars to both of them. I'd give ten if I could.

had a problem with traction control, Rob had the techs look at it and the codes came up with a failure, they provided an uber home and ordered the parts worked on the problem which was under extended warrantee, smartest thing I've done in a while. Rob called when we got the part and when the job was completed.
