I was looking for a used car. I found one online and called. They asked me to take a number of pictures of my trade-in, understandable during COVID.
I did it only to find out that it was useless. They told me I had to go there anyway because they needed to look at my car as they don't give quotes online (???).
I scheduled an appointment and arrived on time. The place looked like they were going out of business. The salesperson who received me had half a sandwich behind him and rarely kept his mask on. He told me the car I wanted to see was at another location and that they would bring it in a couple of minutes.
He disappeared and 35 minutes later comes back apologizing. I told him it's late and I have to go. I took a quick look at the car I was interested in, but didn't have time for a test drive. Anyway, I needed to have an idea of the value of my trade-in before even considering moving forward. When I asked him to do so he said "What? Didn't the guy come to see it?"
To cut a long story short, finally someone took a quick look at my car. The manager, a few minutes later throws at me a ridiculously low trade-in value. I stand up, ready to go. They bring to me the General Manager, who knew nothing about my car and throws in a couple of 3-4 thousands more. Still too low. I packed and went out. What a waste of time.

I bought my Jeep in Jeep Chrysler Hylan Blvd Staten Island. I have been calling this repair shop for over 4 weeks. I need to have my Jeep Serviced because it is experiencing electrical issues. My car is new only 13k miles on it and it is utterly impossible to get someone to call you back.
Initially I made and appointment and informed the receptionist that they could not keep my car because I have no other vehicle to commute. She stated bring the car anyway so that they can determine what is wrong with it. She informed me that all of their loaners were out therefore, if they determined it is electrical then I could take my car back home and they would contact me once a loaner was available which is typically on Tuesdays. Today after 4 weeks of calling and leaving messages with no response from their management the receptionist informed me that they no longer giving out loaners due to COVID. Are you kidding me with this response. I work in healthcare therefore, have an enormous amount of education related to COVID. This is the worst service center in Staten Island. The management needs to educate their staff on exactly what is the mission of their service center. Each time you contact this establishment they come up with yet another excuse. So unfortunate. My lease is up in 2021 and I was going to get a new lease with them...now because of their horrible customer service I will no longer entertain ever buying another vehicle from this establishment again.
