worst service I have ever experienced in my life. I drive up there to look at car inspect the car test drive the car notice small issues like the air box has a hole in it (covered by bright green duct tape) and the brakes wobble and creek. I like the car so I discuss with the dealer about the issues they assure me car will be good to go when I pick it up. I come back a week later to pick up the car after calling three times to make sure the car is good to go as in air box has been changed and brakes checked (which I was assured was handled). After driving over a hour to get the car the car has not been washed gas light is on brakes still warped with visible heat markings and the air box still has the same green piece of tape. I show this to the dealership we talk we agree that I’ll take the car but those things will be fixed I’ll just have to bring it back. In a week I drive up again to drop off the car first thing that’s said to me is the service advisor in charge is out for extended period of time and no one knows anything about my car what’s agreed to etc etc etc. I end up leaving the car they’re only to have them call and say they’ll do the air box but it was never ordered it’s days out also that someone test drove it and the brakes are fine(I saw them test driving it when the blew by me in traffic at 80mph plus in a 40 ). I take the car back after it being there for another week take it to my mechinc down in Brewster only for him to say the brakes are warped and that it has recalls and I can’t have it back till they fix it never informed of any recalls by this dealer. So me and my family contact the dealer and after all this they decide to tow the car the them and fox the brakes. Now I’ve owned the car three weeks driven it less then 200 miles I finally get the car back still no plates. The temporary plate runs out of time (it only last a month) I call the dealer asking what is the issue with my plates I am told they will contact the agency and call me tommrow I agree. They do not call me back the next and when a family members gets ahold of them they finally say that they lost the title and all my personal information in the mail. (They did not call to inform me I had to hound them). Now it’s been another week still no plates the general manager calls only to say I can trade the car back in. This car does not even have a title anymore. This dealer is the worst I have ever dealt with in my life I recommend no one ever buy a single car from them because you’re just gonna end up walking place to place with no vehicle even though they charge to register and get plates etc.

Went in for an oil change at the Express Lane. Was greeted by a woman who asked if I was picking up my car. I said no I wanted an oil change. She told me I would have to talk to the guy next to her. She told him I wanted an oil change. Without looking up from his computer he stated “it’s gonna take a while. “. She asked him how long. Once again without looking up he states “ I don’t know”. At this point I left. Apparently I was disturbing the guy. I understand everyone is entitled to having a bad day however I wasn’t asking for a free oil change. Why advertise these services if in fact it appears to be a hassle when people come in for them. It was against my better judgement going to this dealership in the first place as I had a bad experience with them in the past. I thought maybe things changed but apparently not.

Great customer service. Friendly sales staff. Knowledgeable salesman helped me every step of the way. Didn't pressure me at all. I love the car also! I would recommend Dutchess Chrysler to anybody looking for a car. You won't be disappointed.
