Extremely poor customer service. Up-sell you services that you don't need without telling you correct pricing. Do not explain what services they are selling to you. Treat you like you are dumb. Yell at you for questioning their billing. Only respect other men. Complete disregard for global COVID pandemic, did not wear mask!!!

I understand that they were operating under unique conditions due to the quarantine however, they were unorganized. I made an appointment to test drive a truck but when I arrived, the truck was boxed in by other cars and I was unable to drive the truck. Then when negotiating a price, days later I was told the price would be more since I was not financing with them. I previously explained that I was already pre-approved from my bank.

First I'd like to say that from the time of my purchase to the inception of my new 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee,
my experience was above my expectations. Today I brought my car in for an issue that was not the dealerships mistake, but from the time I made my appointment to getting the problem rectified, the level of customer service by Ron and Tim was unbelievable. I am very particular with my cars and was made to feel very much at ease and Tim promised that I would be very happy. He was on the money! I am so pleased with outcome of the repair and I would recommend that anyone one interested in a Jeep Chryler or Dodge product not only go to this dealership, but be sure to see either of these two gentlemen. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!
