Called dealership about car was told it was their when it wasn't, then was told days later by the sales manager he was going to by it for his daughter. Next day got several emails saying the car was ready to test drive when it wasnt. requested pics was now told car was on lift , and he would not be able to get pics , but would get back to me the next day with pics never did. contacted back and was now told that someone bought it sight unseen and the car was still on the lift. My question to this dealership and its managers is why so much confusion do you not have a central leader that is on top of things and can coordinate things . If not, are you lazy. I suggest you change your ways, i will never call your store again. And this is the first time i have ever tried to do business with you. Always remember just because someone is looking for a moderately priced car, does not mean that your high priced vehicles cannot be purchased by the same. Farmers track personnel unite, stay away from this dealership. You will save time and money staying away from the xx.

Salesman Pancho was amazing to deal with. Since then, the service department has been a complete disappointment. I schedule an oil change not once but twice and both occasions I was there 3+ hours. There's no communication. Currently my truck is in service dept ONLY because it's under warranty. They lost my truck to start off and are trying to overcharge me by trying to add extra stuff. They're absolutely horrible. Do not recommend

Bought over the last 5ish years 2 brand new ram 2500 trucks and last year 2 brand new cars all totalling over $200,000.recently after trying to buy a new ram 2500 I couldn't make a deal ,I highly recommend go somewhere else for your purchase.also I also recommend don't use their service department ,they don't know how to check and set tire pressures and after a $100 + oil change they I found leaking oil all over my driveway because when removing my truck oil filter they turned it sideways and oil spilled on the frame and chassis .they have definitely changed for the worse and i don't think they care.i care and I'm going some where else for my next purchase
