This was my first time at SOUTH SHORE CHRYSLER, DODGE, JEEP, RAM. I can honestly said it was a pressure free experience.
Meeting Shakim Butler (fondly known as Shak), as well as Angel Manjarrez, Ben Canarick, Robert Portesy, and the rest of the exceptional staff, I knew I was in experienced hands. It all was smooth sailing from there. I knew exactly what I wanted and Shak got me the information, negotiated without playing games and made every aspect of the deal easy, even the financing.
In the end, the entire staff (a big family) was a pleasure to do business. I really appreciated all of Shak's help, especially giving me his contact information and offering to help, if I should need any further assistance.
Robert followed up, with an email, to see how we liked the new JEEP Compass Limited. I truly was pleasantly surprised when a few weeks later I received a call from Shak making sure I was happy with the purchase, had any questions regarding the vehicle and extended again his offer to be a call away if I should need anything. I wasn't just a commission but a valued customer who received the utmost respect, attention and care.
After 10 years of leasing cars, this was a no pressure, pleasant experience. I have since recommended 2 cousins and a friend to SOUTH SHORE CHRYSLER, DODGE,JEEP, RAM. .
I will absolutely continue to recommend my family and friends to come to this location.
Looking forward to doing business together again soon

Wish i could leave a 0 star review. After making an appointment and calling to confirm the car i went to look at was already sold.

Great experience with Todd Cannon & Javier Sierra. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. It was a very easy purchasing experience and they made me feel comfortable. No pressure to try and sell me something I didn’t want. We Love our new Pacifica!! Thank you,
