Service manager laughed at me when i stopped in to make an appointment. Sales was completely absent when I wanted to see a particular vehicle

They tried to charge me $2,900.00 for a power steering unit, rack and pinion and stabilizer bushing. I had it fixed elsewhere for under $900.00. I did not need the rack and pinion unit. I am not surprised they tried to lower the price when I decided to go elsewhere. They had plenty of room in their pricing. Even after I paid them their diagnostic fee I still save almost $1,900.00 and I have the receipts to prove it. Fool me once shame on me. Fool me twice shame on you.

I have been a Jeep purchaser for many years, and have seen managers come and go. John Byers Jr. has got to be the best service manager that Huntington Jeep has ever had. From his knowledge of the Jeep inside and out to his wonderful personality. His customer service skills are top notch-What can I say, but Thank you, thank you!!
