Not trustworthy Paid for items that were not done. Oil change, one month later less than 300 miles vehicle needed another oil change. They were attempting to claim other things were wrong with vehicle. Took it to another Jeep dealership and they stated there was nothing to be replace.
STAY AWA!!!

STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! Unfortunately all I can do is give them 1 star but they don't deserve not even one. What starts as a pleasant conversation immediately changes into a more aggressive tone and approach finding a way to kick you out of their dealership. You might wander why? Because you don't have the perfect credit score or don't present with a almost new car to trade in so they can just pay you few hundred bucks for it and take advantage of you. So, if you try to make a deal with them without letting them dictate you how they would like to rip you off you are no longer welcome. On top of that, one day they give you an estimate, the very next day they all of a sudden don't remember ever telling you that and make up excuses and lies to not work with you. JUST STAY AWAY FROM SURESKY IN GOSHEN!

This is a great dealership to work with. We have both several cars from them. The sales department is excellent, they make buying a car easy. They make you very comfortable. Service Department is great, neat and clean and always take care of my vehicles. Customer Service is always helpful and friendly.
