Matt was very responsive and on the money with my service needs! He ensured that I was communicated to and most importantly took special care of my Hellcat while it was in for servicing. He ensured it was taken inside each night it had to stay for service to ensure its safety. Much appreciated.

I waited in the waiting room 2 hours for my oil change
I waited in the waiting room 2 hours for my oil change and tire rotation. I was the only waiter. Unacceptable time for such an easy job. And now I am having issues with my car the day after it was serviced that I never had before. I have left 2 messages because can never reach anyone to speak with, and no one has called me back. Also unacceptable.
