I brought my vehicle in for multiple open safety recalls
I brought my vehicle in for multiple open safety recalls and related concerns. At this time, the recalls remain unresolved due to lack of available parts. I have experienced loss of power while driving, which is a serious safety concern. I have made multiple visits and follow-ups, but there has been no clear resolution timeline and no alternative transportation provided. While the staff was courteous, the situation itself remains unresolved and continues to impact my ability to safely use the vehicle.
