The customer service representatives at this place sit around, order food, and play games on their computers. They also sell shoddy cars and don't disclose any information about them, and then act surprised when you have an issue that needs remedy. Take your business elsewhere. Avoid Dan Brusha and Fred Supnik at all costs.

This dealer was a challenge to deal with. The salesman wanted to charge me for the pre certification of car, a $900.00 charge This was changed by sales manager. The car was not cleaned interior. There was a strong smoke smell in car. The sales manager has been somewhat unresponsive, by not returning phone calls. I will not recommend this dealer nor will I do business with them agsin.

I have changed my opinion of their service department. I had an ongoing issue and John Smith, service advisor made sure the problem was corrected and under warranty. He went above and beyond to help me get this issue resolved. I appreciate his help and time he spent making sure the car was fixed and in a timely manner. Thanks so much John Smith.
