This place is a joke I brought my jeep there cause it was over heating only when driving down the road not sitting at an idle. I was told that they pulled the radiator (due to debris/mud) and flushed the system and did a block test and a 52 point inspection. So I paid my 504 dollar bill and was happy to have my jeep back. I made 17 miles and it started screaming and over heated. I pulled over and popped the hood to find that my belt that was only a week old ripped off and the idler pulley completely destroyed. I had to have it towed back per there request. Was told they would take care of it. I got a call the next day from a Joe the younger one. Said they are not going to pay for the tow or fix it I would be better off going else where. He also stated that they never pulled the radiator or flushed it. It took them 3 hours to diagnose that it was the "debris" and all they did was wash it with a garden hose outside. So needles to say they will never work on my vehicles again. Mind you I did buy this jeep from their sister company Autosaver Max less then 6 months ago. Check out the pics this is after the work was done and they got paid.

I bought two Dodge pickup trucks at crosstown motors in the last 3 years. I've been taking them there for service, basically only oil changes. Last October when I paid my bill I was charged for a core charge for a core they kept. Had to call and get it researched and get a refund after the fact. If I hadn't looked closely at the bill, it wouldn't have gotten noticed. I also got charged for two oil changes as it was some sort of "deal". Didn’t get asked, just put on the bill and the “deal” was explained afterwards. This week, I was back for another oil change/service. The service guy reviews what is going to be done beforehand. I mention that i have a pre-paid oil change. He said something like, "That's strange, nothing shows up in the system." Again, if I said nothing, free money for someone. When the truck was almost ready, I was told the prepaid oil change had expired. After a little venting of this illegal practice, they saw the light and did me a "favor" by not charging me a second time. They also tried to sell my front brake pads installed for almost $500. Really, $500 for a pair of brake pads that i bought for $36.99 at Napa? $200 for labor that took me 1.5 hours to do myself? I'd go elsewhere.
