I don't know what kind of oil they used.
I don't know what kind of oil they used. 00W20 or 05W20. Also there was an issue with the pay. According to my Mike I had to wait for the bill to be paid, by the insurance company, until he would release the vehicle. However, when I paid my part of the bill, his colleague hinted that I didn't have to wait. That once I paid my part of the bill, I could get my Jeep and the paperwork will be submitted for payment to the insurance company. In my opinion that is poor costumer service.

Great service all around.
Great service all around. Shuttle service was very convenient and the driver was wonderful. My jeep was ready much sooner than I expected, less than four hours. Couldn’t have asked for anything more.
