Purchased a brand new Dodge off, the showroom took about an hour to make the deal on another 3 hours to get into finance, they're just so full of xx and licewear your xxx out then they make false promises that they never keep just to make the sale. And once you buy it, they don't know you especially Harrington in financial. He's a joke, he's a liar. He Can fabricate a deal just to get you out?The door they don't give you a clean, detailed car.You have to detail it yourself.STAY AWAY FROM xx

I recently purchased a vehicle at H&H Jeep Dodge.

I recently purchased a vehicle at H&H Jeep Dodge. I would not recommend this dealership. The process of buying the vehicle was much more complicated than it needed to be. The price advertised on the site Cargurus was different that the starting price. They included credits for trade-in and putting money down that wasn't listed on the website I used. The price should be clearer no matter which website you are using to find a vehicle. This made everything more complicated when negotiating the trade-in value of my vehicle. They also added a CPO (certified pre-owned) fee on top of the price. This should be included in the original price of the used vehicle. The process took way to long, they started so low in the trade in value of our vehicle even though I had told them exactly what the trade in value was. A manager asked for feedback, questions and concerns, which I provided and got no response despite reaching out several times to a manager. This is why I have decided to leave the dealership a 1 star review a couple weeks after purchasing the vehicle. I wanted to give them a chance to answer my questions and respond to my feedback.

H and h and h Dodge around sales when Keith are manager of Justin Harrington.The largest joke of h , and h is justin harrington with his lies, and false promises. They deliver a new vehicle dirty.They don't present it.Tell you what things are for ,go through Nothing about the vehicle upon delivery.
