I recently bought a new vehicle at Century Dodge. Had a great experience with Craig and Kevin. Smoothest process I have ever experienced when purchasing a vehicle. I felt that I was given a fair price for my trade-in. I am also confident that if I need anything in the future they will provide assistance. Highly recommend.

If I could leave 0 stars that is what I would do!!!! This is the worst service experience I have ever had..... I have been in the car business for 20 years plus and have never been told if I leave my Jeep here, I can't pick it up until the warranty pays them!!! Meaning to me they want me to pay for all repairs and then I would have to contact the warranty company for payment. So I ask what is the $100 dollar deductible for? If I have to pay for everything upfront. This is before they even know what is wrong with my Jeep!!!! I still have a power train left from the manufacturer warranty. How do they know if there is not a recall or fix for some of my issues? I will never come back here again! I also will make sure everyone I know never come here.... I'm a very upset with the customer service I was given.

Great people in sales dept
I got my 2021 Tacoma used from this dealership and I have to say I am very pleased with their sales department. Everything was smooth and they got me the best deal they can. Steve, Dan, and Scotty were all really good.
