Purchased some OEMparts and had them installed to ensure they were installed the right way (after reading forums it was highly recommended to have the dealership install them). Work was completed and I informed the service department it didn't look right and there appeared to be missing parts. They assured me that the right parts were installed correctly after bringing in a second set of eyes. After further inspection it was determined they broke several brackets in the process of installing the other parts. I had to take pictures of another vehicle that had those specific parts installed correctly and then show it to them before they admitted they installed them incorrectly on my vehicle. I asked for a refund on the labor and told them I would take my vehicle somewhere else to ensure it's done right. The employees appeared to be upset that I didn't give them an opportunity to fix the issue, but in all honesty after I noticed the broken brackets it let me know they don't care about informing the customer or replace the broken brackets. To top it off while waiting in the area for my refund, I could see the service advisor smoking inside the bay where cars are being worked on. Keep in mind there are brand new cars with the doors open while she is smoking and walking around. I'm glad I didn't purchase my new vehicle from there. I will never take my vehicle there again.

I negotiated on a truck online then drove from KC to buy it. Its was as described. More importantly, they honored the deal without any changes.
