If you ever need a car you must go and see Coach Ward at McCarthy Chevrolet. He will take care of you and make you put all your car trust issues aside as he guides you through the process and gets you into your new or used car/truck. I have known Coach Ward for 40years and he even coached me in grade school basketball and high school.

Undesirable since the ownership change. I find the atmosphere less welcoming, attention to detail less prevalent, and overall presentation less polished. While I waited for my vehicle to be serviced, I sat in a waiting area with 22 seats, facing a television that didn't work, and listened to a female employee stand at a side door discussing a fellow employee who "really annoys her." Display cases in the area were empty/dusty, and blocked by numerous boxes. The paper towel holder in the bathroom had a urinal insert sitting on top of it which I found absolutely repulsive. I have driven over 30 miles each way for the last three years, because I found the service at this dealership to be exceptional. However today, my vehicle was returned to me with oily handprints all over the (light interior) drivers door, visor, windshield, steering wheel, and ceiling. The oil stains will most likely NEVER come out of my visor or ceiling. Clearly, no care was taken by the dealership to prevent damage to my $50,000.00 vehicle, so what was once pristine interior, is no more. Then, there is the oil spill all over the top of my engine that was not adequately cleaned up. I see no familiar faces remaining, and overall, find myself feeling angry, disappointed, and much less than confident with the service performed on my vehicle. At this point, to say that the possibility of future patronage is undecided, would most certainly be an understatement.
