Spare tire stolen off jeep

My Dad who is 87 years and a veteran took his jeep here to get it fixed, and they had it about a month. Finally he called to check on the progress and he was told they didn’t have any workers to fix it. My husband and Dad took a trailer to pick it up and discovered that the spare tire had been stolen. My Dad was so disgusted, he just left and now I’m going to write to the Corporate office.
