Review for your Sales Customer Service Manager

Reviewed by Mrs. T in St LouisJanuary 09, 2021

I would like to commend you for the professionalism that was demonstrated by your Sales Manager, T.A. who displayed extreme patience, excellent product knowlege, and professionalism. It's refreshing to make a purchase without feeling pressure to close the deal. Most dealerships employ high pressure sales tactics and T. A. was truly an EXCEPTION to the rule. He asked questions to ascertain my needs, addressed my concerns/hesitations and genuinely showed a willingness to get me to a point where I was comfortable with the sale. KUDOS for his excellent customer service skills!

Review 1 Item Timeline Review You've been tagged in a post by Ismael Rosado. July 2020 TODAY Dan Stewart reacted to Darl Elsea's post in Biker Kitty. 'Happy Hump Day' Happy Hump Day Edit Dan Stewart wrote on Marty Cancila Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram's timeline. Jul 2, 2020, 2:42 PM In 2009 my wife and I bought a brand new Inferno Red 2009 Dodge Challenger R/T from "Marty Cancila" it was my dream car. Its now 2020 I still have the Challenger it has 38710 miles on it, that should show that it never hardly leaves the garage it stays waxed and clean "ALWAYS" it's been in car shows as well. It's only been in for service a few times in the 11 years we've owned it, in the first few years it needed a new "Brain" it was still under warranty I took it to Marty Cancila they fixed it no problems, the service was fantastic. On Wednesday June 24 we were driving it and it just died, we of course had it towed to Marty Cancila and that's when the nightmare began! My wife and I followed the tow truck to the dealership and we meant "Jacob" I would love to give his full name but I have no idea? that's how he introduced himself no business card, Nothing! Days past and I heard nothing, I finally contacted "Jacob" he "texted" me that they were working on it but could find nothing, I mention this because in the "Nine" days its been at Marty Cancila "NO" one in the company has contacted me, if i wanted to know what was up I had to stop by there or call. The first day I stopped by was Monday June 29th, "Jacob" walked me back to my car in the shop so i could see that they were working on it. What I saw was the car that I love "COVERED" in bird droppings, I'm not talking a little on the window I'm talking about the roof, back window, trunk, rear bumper, fenders "COVERED" in bird waste! I was told on Tuesday June 30 when I once again contacted the dealership that they found out what was wrong and were having the part overnight-ed and I would have the car back today. I stopped by today after not hearing anything once again "Jacob" once again walked me back to the garage to ask the mechanic what was going on? as a service writer shouldn't he have some clue?well there sat my car "STILL" covered in bird crap and "Jacob" is asking the mechanic where the part is, Seriously? I told "Jacob" that I needed to get some papers out of the car he told me no problem and walked away, I guess he did'nt notice the wet rag in my hand and I was "shocked" that no one in the garage batted an eye when I started wiping off the bird crap! I finally asked two of the mechanics standing there for the name of the General Manager? I couldn't believe that neither one new the name of the "General Manager?" Long story short I still don't have my car, it seems the part that was overnight-ed on Tuesday was a lie, and maybe it will be ready tomorrow. If you've read this very long comment, first of all thank you! secondly I love Dodge/Mopar but spare yourself the grief there are plenty of Dodge dealerships in St. Louis that I'm positive will give you better sales and service than.... "Marty Cancila"
