Bought a 2022 Lexus RX . Salesperson Montel Berry was awesome. Had the car waiting for us upon arrival. Professional , no pressure. Left the car to derail it, and he brought it to our home. First time we had a home delivery. Friendly, helpful, great experience.

I bought a new 3500 Ram Tradesman in ‘23.
I bought a new 3500 Ram Tradesman in ‘23. I recently went back to have a recall done along with some “warranty” work done. I had an engine light that wouldn’t go off. First, they could not find the extended warranty on my truck. At purchase, they said, that someone had entered the wrong VIN on my paperwork. Ok, no big deal so finally sorted out my extended warranty I had purchased only to find out the 200k warranty represented to me was only 80k. I had purchased a 80k warranty on a truck that already had a 50k warranty? So, since I had no warranty, I was charge a $98 diagnostic fee, since it was not under warranty. The diagnosis was the engine light came on because I had installed an aftermarket air intake filter. They replaced it with a Mopar factory filter— the filter came on and remained on the very next day!! While I had the truck at the dealership, I had the engine oil, oil filter and diesel filters changed to get home and have a truck leaking oil on my drive way that was not beforehand. What a shame to have a terrible dealer experience with such a good product! Kent Butler Paragould, AR

I purchased a camaro last May that had only one key. I was promised another, and several calls and excuses later, I told to come today November 10. Waited 2 hours still no key, management wouldn’t even take the time to see me. They had a service employee tell me they would take care of it. I’ll get my own key and shop elsewhere in the future. This is my 3rd and last vehicle I’ll purchase from Carlock
