Champion Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM

The Service Dept at Champion is awful! They are rude, hardly any knowledge and liars…. They have had my 2022 Jeep Wagoneer for almost 8 weeks for damage that they have done (but of course will not admit it). What’s worse is the supervisor is the worst one out of all the employees at Champion. They don’t care and their lack of costumer service shows!

The service department at Champion Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is in my personal experience the worst. I took my Jeep in to their service department last year for a coolant leak. They called me late in the day and told me the Jeep was ready and I could pick it up. When I got there they told me they could not find a leak . Well I get home and it is leaking. I take it back in to device the next day and of course leave it all day again and this time they were able to find that the lower radiator hose was leaking and needed to be replaced. So again I take the jeep home . The next day service called and told me the hose had come in but they had ordered the wrong one and had to reorder the hose. I told the service representative that I was going to be out of town for the next two weeks and when I got back I would schedule an appointment and get the hose replaced. When I got home I took it back into service thinking I was going to get the hose replaced. Again they have the jeep all day and when I go to pick it up they tell me that they flushed the system and tightened up clamps but no hose change. Keep in mind that all of this took place while the vehicle was under warranty. It’s now January 2025 and the warranty had expired. Of course it was still leaking. I knew at this time the repair would be on me. Ok. Well I took it back into service on Wednesday the 12th of February 25 I told the service representative that I wanted the lower hose changed as well as the clamps . It sat there all day and no one ever called to let me know what was going on. The next morning, late morning I get a call telling me they have to order a radiator hose. I am thinking why didn’t they do that yesterday. They had plenty of time to find they didn’t have one in stock and order one. So they have my jeep for two days. Well guess what it’s day three 5:30 pm and not a peep out of them. I have called and left voicemails and I have sent text messages with no response from the service department. Day four tomorrow we will see what happens. The thing that I know is that I will not be bringing my Jeep back to this dealer again and ask people to think twice about using this dealer.

I just wanted my transmission fluid checked and to run a scan to find out if my sliding door had a bad actuator. I was told they require a $500.00 deposit on vehicles over 10 years old. Ridiculous! I told them no and drove to the Mandle dealership in d'iberville. They don't have that silly $500 deposit requirement. However, they couldnot get to my van right away. So I drove to a local auto parts store. They had the long dip stick, checked my transmission fluid and scanned my van. It found the bad actuator in under 2 min. All for free.
