This is the third time my car has been in for recalls.
This is the third time my car has been in for recalls. Each time the work went fine. However the last two times I have been there additional work was done to my car without my permission. The second time it was there a cabin air filter was put in without notifying me. I made them take it out and put the old one back in. During my most recent visit all of my wiper blades were changed and they wanted me pay $106 for them. I did not pay them. One of the employees said that I talked to them and gave the ok. That was a lie. My phone is with Verizon and it was out of service all day. The next time I need serve for any of my 4 Jeeps I will go to another dealership.
