Just another bad experience in a long line of
Just another bad experience in a long line of dissapointments. Brought car in on Wednesday 8am with two minor issues. Got a call Thursday 4:30 asking to confirm my issues. Obviously they were just starting to work on my car after having it two full days. Service writer had asked for exact problems at intake. He asked questions so he knew details. Why make appointments? had to change weekend plans due to their poor performance. Done with Belzer dealerships
