Trapper Holden in the service department did an exceptional job in keeping me updated on the extensive repair process, including working with the warranty company to ensure all protected items were recovered. This was my first experience with the Tanner Motors service department and I was completely satisfied.

They misdiagnosed a brake issue.
They misdiagnosed a brake issue. Was told I needed a brake caliper, which turned out to be wrong. I took my vehicle to a different location and got the correct repair.
