This was my first time purchasing from this dealership. I first found them on Facebook and thought their advertising was unique with the cute dogs. So, I had to check out their inventory. I found almost the perfect Jeep. I thought I could get past the color, but I couldn't and Ambre took the time to help me find exactly what I wanted! I had so much fun with her and never thought purchasing a car would EVER be fun! Thank you so much Ambre and the Vicksburg Team for laughing with me and of course for not wasting my time or my money! I knew what I wanted to spend and you helped me stay right with in my budget!! I can't wait to see you all again!

I have bought 6 vehicles from this dealership. Everyone is very knowledgeable about the vehicles. The service department is great to work with. I get in quick, and they are very helpful. I definitely recommend Vicksburg Chrysler.

Drove over six hours from Wisconsin to buy my dream car. Told the dealership several days in advance that I was coming and they told me that everything was good to go with the car. Drove less than a mile off the lot and the light for the tire pressure came on. Had to turn around and have it filled. On my drive back to Wisconsin, it came back on, and the pressure kept getting lower and lower. Took it in to have it serviced, and it turns out the valve stem was broken. There was also a chip in the windshield that I had to get repaired on my own time. Didn’t receive a reimbursement check in the mail until about two months after repairs were completed. One of the high beams was also burnt out upon purchasing the vehicle. Took my car in to get serviced again and was quoted over $500 because the bulbs were changed from the factory style by the previous owner, which was never disclosed to me. So here I am, several months later, still dealing with maintenance issues that should’ve been fixed before even purchasing the car. Truly appalling that the dealership would not complete a thorough evaluation of the car and withhold information from a customer who paid in full and drove several hours to be there, just to make a sale. I do not recommend doing business with Bret Carter or anyone at Vicksburg Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram
