Someone was desperate enough in the Service Dept.

Someone was desperate enough in the Service Dept. to replace my leather key fob with a dirty, peeling, dangling, leather Wrangler tab version. If they just would have taken the good one, I probably would not have never noticed. To replace it with a nasty one is just too obvious and pathetic. Minor issue, but speaks volumes of the people they hire.
