If I could give negative stars I would do so for Joe. I brought my car in first thing (7:15am) on a Monday and explained how my front passenger window regulator failed less than 3 years later after they supposedly installed a new one. Joe told me they could look at the car by noon later that day but nobody ever called. When I called them later in the afternoon they said it hadn't been looked at and they wouldn't have time until Tuesday morning but gave no reason why. Tuesday morning came and went without a call again so I had to reach out to them AGAIN and was told the same thing but it would be prioritized Wednesday morning. Still no apologies or reasons given for the delay. When I didn't hear back from them again Wednesday morning I took an Uber to the dealership to retrieve my car as they were obviously dropping the ball or covering something up and wouldn't admit it. I voiced my displeasure to Joe who said he would "make it right". I asked if he was competent enough to handle the job and he replied "Yes" but he must not know what that word means because I never heard back from him. Please take your car elsewhere if professionalism, knowledge, and getting your car looked at in a timely manner are important to you. If you are curious how idiots and liars run a service department then by all means feel free to experience the Suburban difference!

My experience at this dealer was mediocre at best. The sales person was very nice and engaging until I decided not to buy from them because of the prices. Once I said I would like to think on it because it seems very high, I was immediately ridiculed and was attempted to be persuaded by the sales person. They kept telling me we want to earn your business, however I would never give my business to someone who does not have my best interest in mind when making such a major purchase. To say the least- disappointing.
