So deceptive from the moment we interacted with them. Car listed online was "supposedly" sold to another store just before we got there. They still have that same Jeep Compass listed on their website, BTW, to get suckers like us to get in the door. $5k cheaper than Norwood, supposedly. Once sold, they barely showed me how the radio worked. They lied and promised a full matching spare at cost but when the time came, they tried charging me more than it was retail. Car was not clean when picked up. Went to another dealer who sold me a spare and rim at large discount and also walked me through the whole vehicle. I purchased a warranty but am returning it now because that was likely a scam too. Worst buying experience ever and I buy new cars every 2 years. Buyer beware.
